Ariana Pantea is a senior associate and she specializes in real estate and labour law issues. She has been involved in major real estate deals as a team-leader, addressing complex real estate transactions and developments from the initial phase to their completion.
Ariana is an expert on labour law issues and has provided legal assistance in the field to multinational companies, as well as to Romanian employers, tackling cases of labour disputes, employee transfer and negotiating bargaining agreements.
Ariana graduated from Transylvania University and holds a degree in law from the University of Bucharest.
Ariana is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. She is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
