Liviu Gheorghe is partner of the Jinga & Asociatii team and his legal competencies have been key assets in many important projects of the firm. Liviu's areas of expertise cover litigation and investments, fields in which he has been working as a project-leader.
Liviu's legal practice includes complex cases in the areas of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution and he equally oversees the overall litigation and arbitration activity of the law firm.
Liviu graduated from the Law School of Transylvania University, being awarded an academic degree from the Law School of the University of Bucharest. He also holds a master's degree in private law from the University of Bucharest.
He is fluent in English and French and has a good knowledge of German.
