Mircea Jinga has been managing partner of Jinga & Asociatii since 2005, following his experience as a senior associate with a major Romanian law firm. His legal expertise includes a wide range of team-leading practice in projects of a high-degree of complexity in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, project finance and fiscal law. Mircea Jinga has built on his in-depth legal experience, providing legal counselling to large and medium-sized players on the Romanian market, as well as to investors approaching the Romanian business environment. Throughout his practice, Mircea Jinga has combined legal advice with counselling pertaining to emerging Romanian business-trends, finding innovative solutions for the complex business demands of clients.
As managing partner of Jinga & Asociatii, he supervises the entire activity of the firm, ensuring high-quality legal services to clients and maintains strategic partnerships with other law firms in the CEE region.
Mircea Jinga is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. He graduated from the Romanian-American University of Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in private law from the University of Bucharest. He is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of German.
